Nikko Soba Takumian

Four kinds of soba noodles produced in Nikko are seasonally changed.
We use Nikko's famous water, yunami, local vegetables, and other ingredients that are gentle to the body without using preservatives.
Please enjoy them with aromatic soup made from dried bonito flakes and mackerel flakes.
